Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for managing the care of new and follow-up patients at Riyadh Hospital, from consultation through to the completion of treatment. The role includes maintaining accurate and clear medical records, ensuring consistent medical treatment in accordance with established protocols to achieve medical continuity of care, and providing advice to clinical, scientific, and administrative staff. The candidate will facilitate their own training under the supervision of the Medical Director, in line with General Medical Board requirements, best practices, and hospital policies and procedures. Additionally, they will be responsible for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and documenting activities to support revalidation. Compliance with current laws, regulations, and accreditation standards such as MOH, SCFHS, SFDA, CBAHI, and JCI is mandatory. The candidate must also ensure the credentials, privileges, and competencies of subordinates are maintained. Qualification & Experience Requirements
Possession of a 3rd category credential according to SCFHS standards, such as Saudi clinical diploma, Arab Board, Jordanian Board, postgraduate certificate, Syrian Board, Egyptian Master, or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same field after obtaining the credential, or as per SCFHS regulations. For subspecialties, required training must be fulfilled. Current registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a Registrar is highly preferred. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP, and ALSO, depending on the specialty, are highly required. Skills and Competencies
