We’re hiring a Fleet Coordinator to join our Plant, Machinery & Vehicle (PMV) Division at Gama Arabia for Projects. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who have hands-on experience in fleet operations and are eager to grow within a structured, high-performance environment.

Role Overview The Fleet Coordinator supports the PMV Division by ensuring the efficient planning, documentation, and coordination of fleet movements, maintenance schedules, and asset records. This role requires a proactive and detail‑oriented individual with a good understanding of fleet operations, ERP systems, and maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking professional with working English proficiency, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to Gama’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily fleet operations, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation within the PMV Division.
Track vehicle and equipment movement, availability, and utilization using ERP and digital platforms.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and operating costs.
Assist in preparing reports, performance summaries, and utilization analyses for management review.
Support the PMV team in implementing preventive maintenance plans and ensuring timely execution.
Communicate effectively with operators, workshop teams, and site coordinators.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies in all fleet operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the PMV Division.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, coordination, or related operations in Saudi Arabia.
Mechanical Engineering degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong familiarity with ERP systems and digital platforms for tracking and reporting.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Fluent in Arabic with strong command of English.
Fluency in English.
Energetic, reliable, and eager to learn and develop professionally within a structured environment.
