Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all iPlant-related activities, providing technical support and coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, construction, and document control teams to ensure the effective and consistent use of iPlant tools across the project lifecycle.
• Manage and maintain iPlant data and documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, current, and compliant with project and company standards.
• Oversee and support the submission, retrieval, and workflow of documents and data within the iPlant system, ensuring efficient processing and traceability.
• Drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing document control practices and optimizing the use of iPlant for better efficiency and data integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience working with iPlant .
• Familiarity with engineering documentation, drawings, and data management in project environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic document management systems (EDMS).
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handlin
