Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional growth Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
