The role involves developing and conducting effective training programs to boost employee competencies and improve workplace performance in alignment with Amazon’s core values. Responsibilities

Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory and region.

Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.

Conduct learning sessions on new processes as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning; deliver various training courses as continuous learning.

Maintain data and analysis through reports in Excel as per business requirements.

Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time.

Partner with operations leaders during station audits to check process compliance and address gaps immediately.

Identify learning coaches and certify them.

Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.

Drive quality and learning metrics.

Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders.

Day in the Life

Track day-to-day business metrics and plan visits to mapped stations for metric improvement.

Provide daily reporting and progress updates.

Engage with mapped LA / LGs for daily L&D activities.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in customer service and handling projects is an asset.

Ability to translate content and provide voice-overs in regional languages.

Experience supporting data management through analysis and accurate reporting.

Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Graduate in any field.

Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work on weekends if required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven 5+ years of experience as a Training Specialist / Trainer in a similar role.
