Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Amman, Jordan. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, planning and implementing nursing care, and evaluating patient outcomes. Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health issues and develop appropriate nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor and document patient progress, responding promptly to changes in condition and reporting findings to the healthcare team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention. Assist in the coordination of patient care activities, including scheduling tests and follow-up appointments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing best practices. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control guidelines. Support and mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students during their clinical rotations. Preferred Candidate

Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license in Jordan. Strong clinical assessment skills and a thorough understanding of nursing principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Proficient in using electronic health records and other healthcare technologies. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy clinical setting. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with nursing practices. Skills
