As a Security Team Leader at Miraval The Red Sea, your role is in ensuring a safe, secure, and peaceful environment for our guests and colleagues. You lead by example, upholding the Miraval values of integrity, respect, and wellbeing, and ensuring that all safety protocols are performed with mindfulness and professionalism.

• Leadership & Supervision

Supervise daily operations of the security team to maintain a safe and secure resort environment.

Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, alarms, or incidents.

Maintain up-to-date records of security logs, key controls, and access cards.

Demonstrate calmness, empathy, and mindfulness even under pressure.
