Stock Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Controller to manage and monitor vehicle inventory at our Riyadh branch. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, coordinate with internal departments, and support smooth inbound and outbound vehicle movement. This role is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting sales operations efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Monitor daily vehicle stock and update records accordingly
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for vehicle movements
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the stock management system
• Track vehicle deliveries and returns to / from various locations
• Prepare stock status reports for management and relevant departments
• Support inventory planning and stock level optimization
• Maintain proper documentation for all vehicle transactions
