Wireline Sales Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Supervise answering all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and / or elevate lead and customer questions as needed.
• Advise performing cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships to extend customer lifetime value.
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
• Lead market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to identify new business opportunities for Wireline Business.
• Address and resolve disputes with key customers to ensure retention of Wireline market share and increase profitability.
• Provide consultation and advice to Wireline Business customers to identify relevant solutions and position APC favorably.
• Participate in Business’ budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process.
• Ensure effective utilization of the Sales’ budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
• Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for APC and mitigate financial and operational risks.
