Job Responsibilities

  • Reports to Project Manager on site operationally and functionally reporting to the HO Safety Manager.
  • Good leadership qualities & supervisory skills to offer guidance, coaching, and supervision to subordinates.
  • Familiarity with the development of HSE Plans, HSE Procedures, Risk Assessment, JHA’s / AHA’s, etc.
  • Understanding of ‘Root-Cause Analysis’ for accidents investigations at the workplace.
  • Compiling statistical data on man hours of a project.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

Job Specification

  • Should have a university degree or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience in the field of Health, Safety & Environment, as a HSE Manager.
  • Should have internationally recognized certifications, such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, etc.
