Role Summary
The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction and execution of Debt Capital Markets activities in Saudi Arabia.
This includes managing client relationships, overseeing deal structuring and execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with global teams to grow market share and enhance product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the DCM strategy aligned with local, regional, and global objectives.
- Lead client coverage across GREs, corporates, financial institutions, and sovereign entities.
- Manage full lifecycle of bond and Sukuk issuance : pitching, documentation, regulatory approvals, investor engagement, and pricing.
- Advise clients on funding strategies, market timing, rating advisory, and capital solutions.
- Build and supervise local distribution capabilities for fixed income products.
- Originate, structure, and execute transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with risk, AML, audit, and Sharia requirements.
- Lead business development initiatives and product innovation (e.g., public bonds, project bonds).
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including regulators, investors, and global teams.
- Oversee operational processes, infrastructure, and reporting frameworks to support effective decision-making and governance.
- Experience working with reputed global DCM institutions is essential.
