Job Summary

Lead CSA Engineer responsible for planning, scheduling, and technical leadership in civil, structural, and architectural design for greenfield and brownfield projects in the Energy Transition, Petrochemicals, and Oil & Gas sectors.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead advanced CSA engineering tasks and coordinate technical activities across the discipline.
• Ensure integration with other project disciplines and maintain design quality.
• Facilitate client, supplier, and regulatory discussions to secure approvals.
• Develop, review, and approve CSA estimates, quantity take‑offs, and work plans.
• Mentor and train engineering staff, fostering professional growth.
• Manage design contractors’ deliverables, quality, and scheduling.
• Provide technical support for construction, startup, and problem resolution.
