IT Assistant (Riyadh)

الوصف الوظيفيProvide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, networks, CCTV systems, and other IT infrastructure across all locations in Saudi Arabia. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and standard enterprise applications. Monitor user backups and CCTV systems. Coordinate with the IT team at the Bahrain Head Office for centralized services, including firewalls, ERP, backups, and projects. Manage basic system administration tasks, including user account management and access rights. Conduct regular site visits to restaurants or other support locations for technical checks and assistance. Ensure timely logging, tracking, and resolution of support tickets. Maintain IT documentation and inventory records. Assist in setting up new systems, point-of-sale (POS) devices, and peripheral equipment. Support the implementation of IT security and compliance policies. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar support role. Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments. Good understanding of LAN / WAN networks and basic firewall / router management. Ability to work independently and travel within Saudi Arabia for on-site support.
