Role Overview Our Strategic Consulting team in the Middle East leads the market in sustainability, asset management, digital and transaction advisory services. We are seeking a

Senior Project Manager

to support master planning, pre‑feasibility studies, feasibility studies, optimisation studies, sustainability policy, frameworks, and independent reviews to provide strategic analysis to clients in support of significant investment decisions or to resolve complex technical challenges. This role is based in our Riyadh office, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical input for delivery of consulting projects.

Develop further technical and high‑level commercial skills on such projects.

Formulate and develop innovative solutions to complex problems lacking precedent.

Develop technical skills in areas of specialization for solution integration.

Leverage senior practitioners across the region and globally to support consulting projects.

Collaborate with other team members to deliver goals and targets of the Project Consulting section and Buildings and Infrastructure team.

Provide technical input and high‑level thinking to support “Front end” consulting projects (master planning, pre‑feasibility, feasibility, optimisation, thought leadership and training) for clients across key sectors.

Collaborate with existing Jacobs practitioners regionally and globally to refine and define this service offering and lead its strategic growth.

Provide key technical input and linkages to technical, economic, and financial consulting capability within Jacobs globally.

Track and contribute to industry developments to ensure application of latest technical developments.

Target important areas for innovation and develop solutions addressing work issues.

Keep abreast of new methods and developments impacting Jacobs to recommend change.

Liaise with research bodies and leading technical individuals or organisations locally.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or equivalent; proven experience as a technical professional on projects.

Minimum of 8 years strong experience in delivering strategic consulting or consulting advice in a Project Manager capacity.

Ability to deliver high quality outputs under tight time frames.

Understanding of and ability to follow company and client policies and procedures.

Self‑motivation with capacity to work independently and as part of a team (including virtual teams).

Analytical and logical thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent report writing capabilities.

Previous experience within the Middle East or international consulting industry highly regarded.
