UI / UX Designer

Design end-to-end user experiences by collaborating with product management, engineering, and key stakeholders to deliver cohesive and effective interactions across all stages of the user journey Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for responsive web and mobile applications Work iteratively within Agile teams to deliver timely mockups, design assets, and clear specifications that support seamless development and implementation Collaborate closely with other designers and developers to ensure that designs are visually polished, user-friendly, and aligned with project and business goals Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines to ensure visual and functional consistency across products Apply and advocate UX best practices and design standards to ensure high usability, accessibility, and aesthetic quality Continuously enhance the user experience by analyzing usability test results, user behavior, and stakeholder feedback to iterate and refine designs Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to processes and interfaces Requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI / UX design work across web and / or mobile platforms Advanced proficiency in Figma is required, including use of components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, spacing, and responsive design principles Ability to create clear, interactive prototypes and user flows that communicate functionality and logic effectively Basic understanding of HTML / CSS and design handoff to development Excellent attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, iterative environment Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field Preferred experience : +4 years in UI / UX design, though exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered based on portfolio strength and demonstrated talent Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus Experience designing or contributing to design systems at scale Exposure to usability testing, user research, or data-driven A / B testing Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design principles Experience designing for AI-powered applications or tools with intelligent system interactions is a strong advantage Experience with data-heavy dashboards or analytics platforms is highly valued Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions using tools such as After Effects, Principle, or Framer Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus, especially for regionally-focused products Name Email Address
