Key Responsibilities
- Managing a book of business for existing accounts.
- Resolving complex customer issues.
- Identifying improvements to prevent re‑occurring issues.
- Educating clients on plan design and renewal options.
- Completing day‑to‑day account management tasks without immediate supervision.
- Forward planning and anticipating needs / issues.
- Resolving non‑routine issues escalated from partners and clients.
- Engaging with brokers / clients regularly.
- Service and support brokers / clients with a focus on business excellence.
- Conducting strategic meetings on retention rate, success, challenges.
- Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and internal customers.
- Proactively managing and negotiating renewal for the portfolio by executing an annual renewal strategy and optimizing rate action & profitability.
- Understanding compliance requirements and identifying any compliance risk for brokers / clients.
- Conducting quarterly strategic meetings with brokers face‑to‑face, including their management.
- Leading day‑to‑day enquiries for the assigned portfolio, working with internal stakeholders to resolve in agreed timelines.
- Looking for growth opportunities throughout the year with existing groups.
- Database management : ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately, including Salesforce with a minimum of 98% accuracy.
- Responsible for the entire renewal process for the assigned portfolio and achieving financial targets set every year.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication in English and Arabic.Influencing and negotiating skills.Works well under pressure.Experience of collation of data and statistical analysis.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative.Capable of prioritizing workloads to meet tight deadlines.Sound knowledge of Excel and Word.Flexible & strategic.Basic Microsoft applications - Outlook, Word, Excel.Customer focus.Regulatory expert.Knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems.Good business / product knowledge.Coaching, organization, influencing, and supervisory skills.Basic leadership and management skills.Time management.This role is open for Saudi Candidates Only.
