WSP in the Middle East Job Description WSP Middle East is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Architect to join a major construction project in Riyadh, KSA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping stakeholder engagement and coordination on a landmark development. Responsibilities Liaise with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants, and Contractors on project-related documents such as NOCs, Permits, Approvals, and handover requirements. Prepare reports, manuals, and guideline documents related to design stages, handover, and stakeholder issues as required by the client. Attend weekly meetings, track and record actions from Stakeholders, and follow up on progress. Coordinate with Key Stakeholders and Authorities for smooth asset handover upon project completion. Contribute stakeholder input to weekly / monthly reports. Notify the Team Leader of potential delays in project milestones or completion. Provide design direction ensuring code and procedural compliance, and collaborate with the PM team on handover tasks. Verify and record work progress, assisting the Team Leader in tracking vs. programmed work. Ensure design submission packages, NOCs, and authority checklists are complete and correct. Qualifications Bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in Stakeholder roles on similar construction projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and project management abilities. Deep understanding of governmental processes for NOC, permits, and approvals.
