Project Director, Infrastructure

As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing infrastructure projects from inception to completion. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate risks, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery within budget, timeline, and quality constraints.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage project teams and foster a positive work environment.
• Sound understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
