Manufacturing Engineering Manager (Saudi Nationals Only) About the Role : An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic engineering team responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes for military vehicles. The role includes project planning, facility readiness, lean manufacturing implementation, and team leadership with a key focus on defense or military manufacturing environments. Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing engineering projects to develop production systems and processes. Drive lean manufacturing methodologies like Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Oversee facility layout planning, material flow optimization, and equipment training programs. Manage safety risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment. Mentor and develop junior manufacturing engineers. Support new product introduction activities including tooling, testing, and quality assurance. Collaborate with suppliers, original equipment manufacturers, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering , or related discipline (mandatory). Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including leadership in manufacturing environments, preferably defense or military sectors. Strong project management, process design, and safety compliance skills. Seniority level
