QC Inspector - Dammam

Overview

Job Title : QC Inspector – Pipe Manufacturing Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in pipe manufacturing. Engineering Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Responsibilities

QC inspection and testing of raw materials and finished products. Ensure only approved and QC-accepted raw materials are used in the manufacturing process. Ensure production processes comply with technical Know-How documents & Quality Assurance Procedures. Conduct refractive index checks of epoxy resin / hardener mix ratios to meet set requirements. Check and monitor ambient temperature and humidity during production. Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Witness production processes and ensure relevant approved Raw Material Calculations and Machine Setups are followed to meet project requirements. Prepare detailed QC reports. Use measuring and testing equipment effectively to ensure quality standards. Inform non-conformances immediately to Machine Captains and concerned employees in Production and QC departments for corrective actions.
