Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant

We are looking for an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) / Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist who can work closely with clients to understand their requirements, assess their current IAM environment, and help design, implement, and support IGA / IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Simplified)

• Work with clients to understand and analyze their IAM / IGA needs.
• Build IAM policies, processes, and frameworks (identity lifecycle, access requests, permission audits, etc.).
• Assess clients’ existing IAM systems and identify improvements.
• Help design IAM strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Define technical and business requirements for IAM solutions.
• Recommend IAM features suitable for the client’s environment.
• Act as a bridge between IAM teams and business stakeholders, capturing requirements and sharing roadmap updates.
• Support deployment and transition of new IAM features and platform upgrades.
• Configure and customize IGA / Access Management tools based on client needs.
• Develop access control roles, policies, and entitlements.
• Provide guidance on identity lifecycle, access reviews, RBAC, compliance, and best practices.
• Work with security, IT, and compliance teams to integrate IAM / IGA solutions.
• Provide training and support to client teams.
• Work with vendors and service providers on platform-related agreements.
• Prepare reports and updates for management.
