Job Description Summary Job Description Summary : This Early Career Training is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirements and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on-the-job knowledge and technical experience. What You’ll Do
As a trainee you will be actively involved in key procurement and logistics activities including : Procurement : Managing the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. Issuing Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP and ensuring timely processing. Supporting supplier negotiations and fostering strong supplier relationships. Reviewing and validating invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. OTPIP process. Logistics : Assisting in logistics operations to ensure smooth material movement. Supporting shipment documentation and compliance including certificates and regulatory requirements. Handling (HS) codes, shipment certificates and managing SABER approvals. What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Self-motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven with a proactive attitude. What Will Make You Stand Out
