Purpose of the position :
This role offers significant responsibility and challenge, with ownership for selling BSI products and services to new and existing customers to meet annual Training budget targets. The role gives real diversity and variety, where one day you’ll be identifying new prospects to grow the BSI customer base; and the next you will be reviewing sales activities and KPIs to enhance future sales activity.
Location : Riyadh
In your role as a Training Sales Advisor, you will :
Proactively network with existing and new customers to sell BSI products.Identify new prospects to grow the BSI customer base through targeted calls to generate sales revenue in line with new business targets.
Execute the BSI sales process to investigate, explore and understand customer needs to sell relevant products / services
Investigate relevant resources required and provide a timeline for delivery to meet customer orders & solve any customer issues.
Routinely review sales activity and quality KPIs, based on sales ratios to plan future sales activities to deliver on financial and activity targets.
Manage potential through account and opportunity management to develop a solid pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts promptly.
Use relevant sales / product collateral and knowledge of competitors to illustrate how a range of BSI products meet identified customer needs, employing the price book and tools to propose main products and services.
Handle administrative tasks
To be successful in the role :
You have 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service
Based in Riyadh
Native Arabic Speaker and good command of English
Strong sales and communication skills
Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
