Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Landscape Architect with over 10 years of professional experience, specializing in luxury villas and hotels . The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in finishing and fit-out works , with a proven track record of delivering high-quality finishing standards . The role requires experience in working within architectural / engineering consultancy firms , handling prestigious projects, and ensuring innovative yet practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables :

• Lead the design, planning, and development of landscape architecture projects from concept to detailed design and execution.
• Provide expertise in finishing and fit-out design for luxury projects, ensuring premium quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, materials, and BOQs.
• Supervise site execution and provide guidance on high-quality finishing works.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions that align with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, local codes, and sustainability best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm.
