Business Enablement Director The Business Enablement Lead drives operational excellence and ensures the successful execution of business strategies by enabling cross-functional collaboration, optimizing processes, and providing business intelligence support. The role bridges strategic direction and day-to-day execution, ensuring that business growth initiatives are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved. Role Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Translate strategic initiatives into clear enablement plans and frameworks. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows, tools, and systems for partnership execution and client engagement. Provide insights through data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to support informed decision-making. Enable cross-functional collaboration to align strategy, operations, and client needs. Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance efficiency and compliance. Drive adoption and effective use of business development platforms, CRM systems, and enablement tools. Facilitate knowledge-sharing, training, and capability-building across enablement teams. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure consistent execution and accountability. Serve as a focal point for internal coordination in partnership and business activities, ensuring smooth stakeholder communication. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote ADI’s training programs locally and internationally. Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, events, exhibitions, and social media) to raise program visibility. Engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and convert them into signed training contracts. Prepare promotional materials, proposals, and presentations to highlight the value of ADI’s training programs. Establish and maintain partnerships with industry associations, government bodies, and corporates to expand program reach. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in business development enablement, operations, or project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and outcomes. Solid understanding of business development processes and stakeholder engagement. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (Arabic preferred). Seniority level
