Construction Project Manager

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate projects, particularly residential and commercial. Preferably holds a professional certificate such as PMP. Strong leadership, organizational, and interdisciplinary team collaboration skills. Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project. Prior experience in real estate development projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Full supervision of real estate development projects (residential and commercial), ensuring timely delivery with the required specifications and quality.
- Preparing and regularly updating work plans and project schedules.
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and related authorities to ensure efficient progress.
- Managing technical teams and subcontractors, monitoring their performance.
- Reviewing and approving project-related reports and payment certificates.
- Enforcing quality, safety, and occupational health standards throughout all project stages.
