Real Estate Manager

A Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic management of our diverse real estate portfolio. The Real Estate Manager will play a crucial role in maximising the value and performance of our properties.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and analyse financial performance.
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements with tenants, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and fostering a positive tenant experience.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure effective property management.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and relevant regulations in the Saudi Arabian real estate market.
• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the real estate market.
