- Sales and Revenue Generation : They play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business deals, as well as expanding existing client relationships.
- Market Analysis : BDMs analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaboration : They work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring : BDMs track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, such as lead generation, sales conversion rates, and revenue growth.
