Jeddah, KSA . If you’re detail-oriented, numbers-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality projects, this role is for you! Your Role & Duties : Responsibilities

Contract Administration : Administer construction contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts. Cost Monitoring : Monitor and control construction costs, identifying areas for cost savings. Valuations : Prepare and certify interim and final payments to contractors. Claims Management : Manage and negotiate contractor claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution. Final Account Preparation : Prepare and agree final accounts with contractors. Report : Provide regular cost reports to project stakeholders. Collaboration : Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors. Qualifications

Proven experience as an

MEP Quantity Surveyor

with

main contractors 5 years as Quantity surveyor in construction environment Strong knowledge of MEP systems, contracts, and project cost control Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team player with strong analytical abilities Location :
