We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Coordinator
with 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, contingent workforce management, and administration. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, familiar with Saudi labor regulations, and comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities to support our Human Capital Unit and overall business operations. Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment Operations : Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and performing background and reference checks. Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and files. Enter and update employee data in the HRDF portal and other relevant government platforms. Workforce & Compliance
Support the management of contingent workforce contracts, compliance documentation, and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal HR policies. Liaise with platforms such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad for employee additions, deletions, and upgrades. Employee Services & Benefits
Prepare vacation settlements and end-of-service calculations in alignment with legal and company requirements. Manage medical insurance processes including addition, deletion, and upgrade of employees. Prepare monthly payroll in accordance with company HR policies and procedures. Administration
Support daily administrative operations including vendor coordination, supplies, travel, and correspondence. Assist in organizing employee engagement and internal communication activities. Willingly take on new tasks and provide cross-functional support as needed. Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, and contingent workforce support. Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, GOSI, HRDF, and employee relations practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems. Highly organized, disciplined, and self-driven with strong communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred :
