This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Riyadh. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring the accuracy of construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks include working with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, coordinating with the project team to ensure all elements of the model align with design specifications, and contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and modeling skills
• Knowledge and experience in Architecture, Structure and MEP systems
• Ability to create and manage construction drawings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
