Tax Counsel, Energy Sector

Our client is a global leader within the energy sphere, with a significant in-house legal team and a highly regarded Tax department. We have been mandated by our client to find a Saudi-qualified Tax Counsel.

As the organisation’s in-house tax team is busier than ever, and due to the company’s exponential growth, the team is now seeking a Saudi Arabian-qualified tax Attorney with a minimum of three year’s experience from in-house or private practice.

In addition to providing extensive support and strategic legal counsel to internal stakeholders, this function entails analysis, opinion preparation, tax-efficient project structuring, and management team consultation on complex legal and tax matters.

The successful candidate will need to have an adept understanding of the intricacies of Saudi Arabia’s tax regulations, and be qualified to practice law in Saudi Arabia.

Location : Saudi Arabia.
