Job Summary
Responsible for the overall management of showrooms in the specified area, ensuring sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is high, operational support is provided, as well as compliance with company standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of showrooms based on the achievement of the defined targets.
- Ensure proper implementation of effective sales promotion, products presentation, theft prevention, and stock and expense management to increase the sales.
- Control wastages and returns.
- Follow up on supplying and receiving the required product stock by ensuring the delivery of the right items, at the right time with the desired quality.
- Conduct regular visits to ensure readiness, cleanness, availability of fresh products all over the showroom, visual presentation of products, checking expiry of product.
- Liaise with Marketing and Visual Merchandising in matters related to promoting new products, organizing special events, products display and ensuring different displays for slow moving products to increase their sales.
- Follow up with the finance dept. about the commissions related to showrooms’ staff as per the sales report received from the Showroom Manager.
- Manage and guide Showrooms Managers to drive and maximize the sales performance, and encourage them to innovate, suggest new improvements and enhance products.
- Participate in employees’ annual evaluation and appraisal.
- Hold the activities related to employees’ vacations, schedules, relocating employees between shops, checking employees’ accommodation, listening to their problems, and guiding them to solve them.
- Report to direct manager as requested. Reports include summary of the area sales, client feedback, maintenance, attendance and disciplinaries.
- Conduct market study and competition reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
