Sustainability Senior Manager - Engineering

Overview JASARA PMC is looking for a forward-thinking Sustainability Senior Manager – Engineering to lead our sustainability efforts across various projects. In this strategic role, you will guide our initiatives toward environmental responsibility and sustainable engineering practices, ensuring that all projects align with industry standards and local regulations. The Sustainability Senior Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive sustainability strategies, conducting assessments, and engaging with stakeholders to promote environmentally sound practices. You will play a key role in mentoring teams, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.

Over 20+ years of experience in sustainability management, particularly within the engineering or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of local and international environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and best practices.

Experience in project management and leadership, with a focus on sustainable development.

Proven track record in conducting sustainability assessments and developing strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Relevant certifications in sustainability (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) are highly desirable.

Knowledge of construction-related sustainability practices and trends in the region.
