Projects Planning Senior Specialist

Overview

Plan, prepare, and coordinate activities related to housing relocation and community development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Plan, prepare for identifying the operational project resources, and clearly define roles and responsibilities of the team in the projects in accordance with Tanmiah’s policies and procedures. Identify suitable options for fieldwork requirements in coordination with relevant entities. Study and analyze the GIS data for projects, identifying the characteristics of properties within the scope, and developing detailed plans for fieldwork. Collect, analyze, and process other data to ensure the accuracy of information used in decision-making for project planning. Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Planning. Strong knowledge of the real estate industry. Work Conditions

Full-time (Sunday to Thursday). Working hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM. Office-based work at the program’s headquarters in Riyadh or other branches around the kingdom.
