About the Role

Join us as a Project Manager and take the lead in delivering transformative water infrastructure projects across the region — from pumping stations and reservoirs to treatment facilities and advanced distribution systems. This role calls for a visionary leader with a proven track record in large-scale project delivery, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving excellence in QHSSE standards .

The position is for Saudi Nationals only

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of water infrastructure project including water distribution systems, pumping stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulatory standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely approvals.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to environmental standards
• Administer contracts, manage change orders, and ensure scope alignment.
• Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and forecast financial performance.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale water infrastructure project.
• Deep understanding of water distribution systems, pumping station design, and hydraulic modelling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Maintain, implement, and improve the BU QHSSE Management System in line with Corporate QHSSE Policies, Objectives, Manuals and Procedures, integration with business operations and ISO Standard requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
• Promote the QHSSE Culture to achieve best QHSSE performance that safeguards human health, operational safety, protection of the environment and resources, all while delivering world-class quality products and services.
• Report QHSSE risks and impacts, carry out assigned tasks and duties in accordance with QHSSE Standards and KPIs, and ensure their personal safety and of personnel under their authority at all times.
