The Regional Marketing Manager position is a new role created in the Middle East region, based in KSA. The role is responsible for integrated marketing programs across demand, campaign operations and customer engagement tactics to support pipeline generation and revenue goals, optimizing execution to achieve maximum marketing efficiency and impact. The regional coverage of the role spans across KSA, Middle East and India. Experience in modern marketing principles, platforms, data analytics and engagement with field sales and digital sales, teamwork abilities, communication, project management, compliance and initiative are fundamental skills to succeed in this role. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, has a passion for sales collaboration, excels in experiential marketing and project management, and brings a digitally forward, agile mindset to marketing. Responsibilities
Set, influence, plan, execute and measure the marketing strategy for KSA, Middle East and India regions, in close collaboration with the International Marketing team and Regional Sales leadership. Create an integrated and multi-channel marketing plan including Direct & Indirect sales channels through partners and distributors Evangelize the usage of AI and data-driven marketing by deploying impactful practices and use cases, leveraging BMC marketing segmentation & measurement methodology and tools Collaborate to the marketing planning rhythm, bringing creativity and innovation in marketing programs and sales initiatives Articulate data-led recommendations to optimize the marketing mix and prioritize investments Collaborate with the digital and content / social global marketing team for new, diverse assets to put into local market via digital campaigns Plan and deliver internal marketing updates aligned to Pipeline Generation sales motion, being responsible for leading the internal Marketing calendar and distributing information to Digital Sales and Field Sales. Manage local marketing budget according to plan and forecast with rigor and predictability Develop and activate localized marketing programs for different account segments that focus on building and accelerating pipeline, progression of key opportunities and increase business for targeted accounts (outbound) Execute marketing programs with high sense of accountability and attention to details (webinars, events, roundtables, digital / social campaigns, etc.) Effectively leverage Central Marketing Operations aligned to BMC marketing systems and process Analyze the results of launched initiatives and drive improvements through impactful, scalable, repeatable marketing programs and improve efficiency and effectiveness Other related duties allocated by the regional Marketing leader. Agile with remote management (Your manager will be based in a different country) Travel is required (approx. 20-30% of time) Qualifications
6+ years related B2B marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT / SaaS environment Solid understanding of digital marketing mix, and expertise in leveraging digital channels to optimize and scale digital campaigns. Experience in operational environment to support marketing initiatives (process management, campaigns reports, budget tracking, events planning & execution, etc.) Experience with targeting / intent tools, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns A data-driven yet creative mind who likes bringing new ideas and interpret data into insights, and continuously pushes the team to try new approaches. Exceptional project and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused Ability to work independently under minimal supervision with a high sense of urgency Strong verbal, interpersonal, visual and written communication skills English is required to read, write and speak fluently; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus but optional Ability to work with a multi-cultural team with daily interaction through cross time-zone remote management and digital platforms. Comfort with high levels of ambiguity, changing environment and ability to have impact & influence Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal. College degree (Masters preferred); 4-6 years of relevant work experience in field marketing, preferably in SaaS business model.
