Production Support

Our esteemed client is expanding its financial operations to support their investment banking clients, starting in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon with potential extensions across other Gulf countries.

They are looking to recruit a skilled Production Support to join their team and contribute to this exciting growth.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 3 to 4 years of Experience in an IT related role. Payments / Financial sector is a plus.
• Manage and maintain Linux Servers. RHEL is a must and knowledge of other distros is a plus.
• Manage and maintain Windows Servers. Manage and maintain UNIX Servers. AIX is a must.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Knowledge in Relational Databases. Oracle is a must and knowledge of others (SQL, MySQL, etc.) is a plus.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Write wikis, technical documents, and manuals for all applied procedures.
• Manage and maintain backups.
• Knowledge in containerization like docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Knowledge in networking (LAN, WAN).
• Ability to create scripts in bash, knowledge of other languages is a plus (Python, Go).
• Knowledge in Payments Industry Business : Authorization, Reconciliation, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical related field.
