Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to fill the position of Manager - Commercial (CDU774). This role is essential for driving the commercial success of our projects within the innovative landscape of entertainment and leisure development in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that align with business objectives and enhance project viability. Conduct precise market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitive advantages, and industry trends. Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and marketing, to implement integrated commercial initiatives. Negotiate contracts with external stakeholders and manage relationships to secure favorable terms. Track and analyze project performance against budgets and KPIs, providing insights for corrective actions. Support the annual budget and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance. Prepare comprehensive reports on commercial performance for senior management review. Oversee payment processes to contractors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Identify risks associated with commercial activities and propose mitigation strategies. Mentor junior team members to foster professional development and comprehensive understanding of commercial management. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial management, particularly within large infrastructure projects or the entertainment industry Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in commercial management tools and software applications Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple concurrent projects
