Registered Nurse - Operating Nurse ( OT )

الوصف الوظيفيPrepare patients for surgery, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, providing suction, and maintaining a sterile environment Monitor patients\' condition during surgery and provide necessary interventions Administer post-operative care, including wound care, pain management, and medication administration Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and follow-up appointments Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills Should be able to scrub for major cases Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution in Eastern Europe. Current and valid Registered Nurse license in home country. Must be eligible to be licensed as an RN in Saudi Arabia. Minimum of 2 yrs experience post Bachelors degree in the OT Well versed in scrubbing all the OT procedures BLS Certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in medical technology and equipment Fluency in English, both written and verbal Willingness to work flexible shifts and on-call as needed A competitive salary and benefits package including housing, transportation Air Ticket : Economy class air ticket (round trip) to home of origin once a year.
