About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager for Human Capital Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role :

• To always ensure 100% recruitment audit compliance while using Recruitment system.
• Provide coaching support to managers to improve retention or reduce labor turnover and encourage internal promotion.
• Assist managers and encourage effective succession plan and individual.
• To ensure that the process for recruitment activities is conducted in an accurate and timely manner.
• Adhere to company policy to any new hire or status change request.
• Provide guidance to managers and coordinate with Training Department with training related to IDP’s or Succession Plan.
