Broker Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Broker Specialist to join our dynamic financial markets team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in stock, commodity, and forex trading, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results for clients in a fast-paced trading environment. As a Broker Specialist, you will execute client orders, provide market insights, manage portfolios, and ensure full compliance with CMA and international trading regulations. Key Responsibilities

Execute buy and sell transactions in stocks, commodities, and forex markets accurately and efficiently. Monitor market conditions, analyze charts, and identify profitable trading opportunities. Provide clients with investment recommendations and tailored trading strategies. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to understand goals and risk profiles. Ensure full compliance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and internal policies. Prepare daily trade reports, performance summaries, and portfolio updates. Use and manage trading platforms such as MetaTrader, Bloomberg, or Tadawul systems. Collaborate with research and risk management teams to align strategies with market insights. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. CME-1 certification (mandatory in Saudi Arabia) or equivalent international trading license. 2–5 years of experience in stock, commodity, or forex trading. Excellent understanding of technical and fundamental analysis. Proficiency in trading systems and data tools (MetaTrader, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset. Proven track record of achieving revenue or trading performance targets. Preferred Certifications (Optional but Valuable)

CME-2 / CFA / CMT / IFQ / CFTE AML / KYC compliance training Advanced trading strategy or risk management course completion Core Competencies
