Deep knowledge of product functionality, hardware, and mobile vendor tools. Perform initial troubleshooting for customer inquiries. Work with BO, use reporting tools according to global processes and procedures. Follow up on cases, providing constant updates to customers. Propose and implement improvements in escalation procedures. Ensure in-service performance objectives are met. Implement and test MPLS services with a telecommunication background. Manage L2VPN, L3VPN traffic engineering. Design and implement peer IPs using BGP & MPLS. Support and troubleshoot networking technologies including MPLS, VRF, and BGP. Seniority level
