Senior Solution Architect – Energy (Saudi National)
Join the Red Hat KSA Sales organization as a Senior Solution Architect in Riyadh, leading high‑impact technical engagements across strategic accounts in the Energy sector. This role delivers value throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to adoption, success, and growth.
What You Will Do
- Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Act as the technical advisor to the Sales team, providing strategic input on all technical aspects of the sales process.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and mitigate technical blockers, understand requirements, and align Red Hat solutions with customer needs.
- Assist in developing proposals and responding to RFPs with technical expertise and solution recommendations.
- Design and present technical solutions that address customer challenges and align with business objectives.
- Lead technical sales conversations, articulating how Red Hat’s portfolio meets technical and organizational needs.
- Demonstrate the business impact of Red Hat technologies through demonstrations, discussions, and proofs of concept.
- Own the technical win for each opportunity by coordinating the right people, resources, and messaging to achieve customer acceptance.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support, resolving issues and driving adoption.
- Conduct regular check‑ins with customers to assess satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and address gaps.
- Act as a voice of the customer within Red Hat, providing actionable feedback on products, features, and services.
What You Will Bring
Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in solution architecture, consultative selling, and managing the full sales lifecycle.Expertise in Red Hat’s product portfolio, including hybrid cloud, automation, virtualization, containerization, DevOps, and platform engineering.Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.Proven experience in customer success, technical account planning, or related roles focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Ability to collaborate across functions and build strong internal and external relationships.Strong discovery, problem‑solving, and analytical skills to uncover customer requirements and architect the right solutions.Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Excellent project management and prioritization skills across multiple customer accounts.Strong business acumen with an understanding of how technical engagements impact business outcomes.Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and business requirements.About Red Hat
