Job Description

Manage & lead day-to-day functions and activities across the department, including people management and operational subjects.

Manage & assists in the overall business unit performance driving SLAs, adherence to business unit metrics and so on.

Manage & drives innovation and efficiencies of business opportunities, applying process improvements and / or new systems.

Manage & assists in the management of the employee teams through coaching and developing, addressing people matters, identifying development needs.

Manage & acts as the day-to-day operations client contact in order to resolve systems issues and to provide feedback to clients on quality and workload issues.

Manage & generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs in order to facilitate business decisions.

Manage & responsible for compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.

Manage & responsible for keeping the business continuity plan (BCP) updated and executing it as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or any similar field

15 Years of Experience in Operations, Delivery, or Project Management
