Director, Marketing PMO

The Director, Marketing PMO, will lead the planning, execution, governance, and optimization of all marketing projects and initiatives across ROSHN. This role will lead and manage the Marketing Projects / Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, operational excellence, brand standards, and organizational KPIs. The role is pivotal in ensuring ROSHN's marketing function operates efficiently, delivers strategic value, and maximizes ROI through structured governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, governance, and optimization of all marketing projects and initiatives across ROSHN.
• Lead and manage the Marketing Projects / Program Management Office (PMO).
• Ensure alignment with corporate strategy, operational excellence, brand standards, and organizational KPIs.
• Drive efficient marketing operations, deliver strategic value, and maximize ROI through structured governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
