Purpose of the position : As Offshore HSE Supervisor you will be part of the HSEQ department within the Abser-Offshore business line. You will support the HSE team across assigned projects, ensuring compliance with the company, clients, and regulatory requirements.

How can you support us?

• Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the site / field / Vessel HSE Management System throughout all the phases.
• Provide professional support to ensure all activities on-board Saipem sites, fields, and vessels (including Offshore Rigs) comply with Saipem HSE Standards, local legislation, and International Standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
• Offer specialist advice to the Vessel Management Team and workforce on the interpretation and implementation of applicable HSE Procedures, while ensuring effective implementation of Life Saving Rules.
• Liaise with HSE or QHSE Divisions, operating companies, and project teams to ensure compliance with standards and procedures on-site and support the Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis processes.
• Deliver HSE training, participate in accident / incident investigations, coordinate the activities of HSE Officers, and ensure accurate reporting of HSE data and monitoring of corrective actions.
