Marketing Manager - Bostani role at Qureos

Bustani Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join its team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and email marketing.
  • Create engaging and diverse marketing content across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing campaign results and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Manage and direct the marketing team and develop its skills.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments and new marketing technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in marketing management, preferably in the food or agricultural sector.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
