Assist in processing and submitting documents related to visas, work permits, and government approvals for employees and clients. Liaise with government ministries and agencies to facilitate timely completion of required paperwork and approvals. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all government-related transactions and correspondence. Support senior GROs and HR teams in day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report preparation. Accompany employees or clients to government offices as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations and procedures. Stay informed about changes in government policies and regulations related to labor, immigration, and business operations. Provide administrative support to internal teams, helping to maintain efficient office operations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills (Arabic and English proficiency preferred). Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
