Overview

Manager HR Innovation & Talent Curator, SHRM-CP

Job Purpose :

We looking for highly experienced and results-oriented Surgical Product Manager to lead our surgical product portfolio in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh / Jeddah) . This role is ideal for someone with deep clinical knowledge, strong market relationships, and a proven track record in launching and managing surgical products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Asurgical consumables and devices.
  • Lead product lifecycle management including planning, launch, and phase-out.
  • Collaborate with sales, regulatory, and tender teams to ensure product readiness and compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide training and technical support to internal teams and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related medical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical product management within Saudi Arabia .
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in sales growth, product launches, or market expansion.
  • Strong medical background in surgical procedures and operating room workflows.
  • Established relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams.
  • Experience in planning and launching new surgical products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and modern project management tools
